Fraternity Conferences

In order to successfully deliver the Fraternity’s Mission, Phi Kappa Theta holds a number of conferences throughout the year.

The Leadership Institute

During the even years, Phi Kappa Theta hosts it’s biennial Leadership Institute.  This serves as Phi Kappa Theta’s premier development program for its members offering developmental opportunities for members in all five areas of development.

The (iServe) Institute

Phi Kappa Theta’s development program to provide the proper coaching/mentoring training for those alumni and volunteers serving in the (iServe) Network.

Regional Conferences

Regional Conferences, or RCs, are hosted throughout the country and are designed to provide members access to the best development training available.  Individual development workshops include financial intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills, successful interviewing tips, and much more.

Presidents Academy

Provides newly elected collegiate presidents interactive personal and organizational leadership training to prepare them for their upcoming term as chapter president.

Biennial Convention

Phi Kappa Theta’s Biennial Convention provides its membership with the opportunity to shape the future of the Fraternity through the election of new Board members and the passing of legislation.

Interfraternal Conferences

In addition to Phi Kappa Theta’s own conferences, members are encouraged to particiate in any of the North American Interfraternity Conference’s Programs.
