Our Mission in a New Model: Phi Kappa Theta actively develops men to be effective leadership who passionately serve society, Fraternity and God. This new model transforms the relationship individual members have with our Fraternity at a national level.

Direct Financial Relationship. When a chapter opts in to be part of this membership model, they will no longer be responsible for collecting association, initiation, per capita/UGAC and insurance fees on behalf of their membership.

Cost Per Member Nearly Identical: A collegiate member will be able to select one of several payment options to meet their financial obligation to Phi Kappa Theta. All three options are based on an annual amount that is effectively the same as the current financial obligation made up of Per Capita and Liability Insurance. Download the cost breakdown or scroll down to view.

Choose Your Start Date: Collegiate brothers will choose the start date for their membership payments to begin.

Mapping their Journey: Collegiate members will individually map their own development experience on an annual basis. This will be done by selecting which of the areas of development they wish to focus through an online form.

Developmental Pathways: Once their developmental experience has been selected, they will be matched with a mentor who will guide them throughout the year through a series of in-person and virtual development opportunities.

Chapter Role: Collegiate leaders will be responsible for ensuring brothers and associate members are enrolled each year by completing the online form.

Fraternity Role: Once a member completes their online developmental journey form, the Fraternity will match him with his mentor, communicate regularly on their developmental progress and manage the membership fee directly from the member.

The New “Individual Subscription Model”

Each individual member will select a payment option at phikaps.org/enroll. The following payment options are offered:

  1. Full-year, up-front: $450 (save $90)

  2. Half-year, up-front: $250 (save $40)

  3. Month-to-month: $45/monthly

Opt-in Today!

If a chapter opts-in for the new Individual Subscription Model, a chapter will no longer receive assessments and invoices for per capita and liability insurance. The Executive Office would also work with your chapter to pilot this model with new members. Your new members would be on the same model and would not be charged a separate association and initiation fee.
