Housing Information

Ohio State University provides numerous housing options for Phi Kappa Theta brothers. Below is a full rendering of the building organized by floor and addiitonal photos of apartments.

There are 14 apartments available, including 12 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom. Apartments are rented as a unit, however there is potential for a third person to join the unit, with a small additional fee.

The second floor houses two bedroom units. The third floor houses two bedroom, as well as one bedroom units.
