Wade henderson,
Board president

Wade Henderson graduated from Washington State University with a degree in business and economics. As an undergraduate in the Washington Alpha Delta chapter, Wade was a founding father and held positions of Social Chair, Vice President, and President. After graduation, Wade continued to serve Phi Kappa Theta on the professional staff as a leadership consultant and Director of Programming. He has also held province leadership positions.

Wade currently resides in San Diego, where he works in Customer Success for an Identity Access Management company. He enjoys the sunshine and all the outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer.

Wade also holds an MBA from Auburn University and spends Saturdays during the Fall rooting for the Cougs and Tigers!

Seth Ware graduated from Trine University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He currently works for Cooper Standard as a Lead System Developer maintaining internal web applications for various business units in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Before joining Cooper Standard, he was a Software Engineer for Trimble, Inc. in Hamilton, Indiana. Seth is an Assistant Track and Field Coach for Trine University, specializing in sprint and hurdle events. He has certifications from USA Track & Field and the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association. Locally, Seth has served as a Resident Agent for the Alpha Gamma Alumni Association after serving as the President.

Nationally, Seth has served as a member of the Business Operations Committee and as a Performance Coach for several chapters, along with being the chairman of the Peer Accountability Committee.

ray wu,

Raymond Wu graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) in 2011 with a kinesiology degree. At SDSU, he served in various leadership roles for the California Phi lota Chapter: secretary, finance director, and chapter president. Upon graduation, he served as the chapter alumni advisor and the alumni president until 2018.

Professionally, he has committed himself to our Fraternity's Motto: "Give Expecting Nothing Thereof," and pursued a career serving others. He has spent the last ten years with the YMCA of San Diego County. He is the Associate Executive Director, leading branch operations in one of the most diverse communities in the country.

In his spare time, he volunteers as a mentor to an organization that works with foster youth and young adults. He enjoys playing basketball and golf. He loves food adventures and traveling.

manny gonzalez,
board trustee

Manny González has been a pivotal figure in the environmental oilfield waste management sector. He navigated through various leadership roles at US Liquids of Louisiana (USLL) and was instrumental in the evolution of R360 Environmental Solutions as its Executive Vice-President. With a career that spans across continents, including the UK, the Middle East, and the Americas, his global business acumen is recognized and respected.

González is currently the President & CEO of Westco Holdco LLC (Ethoscapes LLC). The parent company of the recently merged Westco Grounds Maintenance LLC and Champions Hydro-Lawn, Houston’s two top leading commercial landscape and erosion control businesses and continues to influence and innovate in his fields.

González has served as a Trustee of the Phi Kappa Theta Foundation and is a founding member of the PKT Alamo Alumni Association (PKTAAA). In 2022, the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation presented him with the Man of Achievement Award. He began his fraternity journey at Texas A&I University with the Texas Kappa Tau Chapter.

A Kingsville, Texas native, González, holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas A&I and is not only a business leader but also a car enthusiast, a competitive sporting clays shooter, and a guitar aficionado.

He and his wife of 41 years, Lucinda, co-own a Spanish wine business and are proud parents to two daughters.

david lott,

David is an initiate of the Kansas Iota Chapter at Kansas State University, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications, triple majoring with Animal Science and Industry and Horticultural Science.

Establishing a career as an Extension Educator, he graduated from Kansas State and the University of Florida with Master of Science degrees in Horticultural Science and Agricultural Education. During his tenure at Kansas State, David served on the Kansas Iota Alumni Board. Furthering his career with statewide leadership roles, David graduated from Louisiana State University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development to help mentor early career faculty. David’s career expanded with a move to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as Regional Horticultural Extension Educator, based in North Platte. His teaching and applied research focus is on consumer and small business vegetable production. David’s last degree is a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership – Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2020 while working full time in statewide work leadership roles.

David returned to his volunteer role in Phi Kappa Theta as the Founding Father Advisor for the Louisiana Xi Colony in 2025, guiding the colony through re-chartering at Louisiana State University that October. David’s fraternity interests include leadership development, engaging with alumni and parents to support the chapter’s growth and development. In his free time, David enjoys restoring and antique tractors, gardening, home canning, reading, being a 4-H project leader and spending time with friends and family. David’s wife, Amanda, is a Kindergarten teacher and their son Andrew is in middle school. The entire family is active in the Nebraska 4-H program.

Msgr. nelson,
National chaplain

The Reverend Monsignor Glenn L. Nelson graduated from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois, with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education for the Hearing Impaired in 1987.

After teaching and interpreting for the deaf in a public school for two years, he decided to enter St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in Mundelein, IL to study to become a Catholic priest. He earned a Bachelor's in Sacred Theology and a Master's of Divinity degree in 1993. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Rockford in IL, and after serving in various priestly capacities, Msgr. Nelson then completed his post-graduate studies in 2000 at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, earning a Licentiate Degree in Canon Law.

Msgr. Nelson became a member of Phi Kappa Theta while serving as Pastor at Christ the Teacher Parish/Newman Catholic Student Center in DeKalb, IL. Msgr. Nelson currently serves as Vicar General/Moderator of the Curia for the Diocese of Rockford and Director for the Deaf Apostolate. Msgr. Nelson is also a member of the Board of Directors for the National Catholic Office for the Deaf and is honored to serve as National Chaplain for the Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity.
