Modern learning and development resources

We’ve combined insight, mentorship, and immersive learning into a unique online curriculum, such as e-learning courses and downloadable workbooks.

Each module is both self-paced and peer-facilitated.

An experience for everyone

Modules allow any chapter to fill in the gaps of their new member education for the Five Areas of Development.

Each module offers a highly personalized yet shared experience that can inspire an entire chapter to Achieve more.

This curriculum was co-developed with Chad Ellsworth of Caped Coaching.

Better together

“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” That is to say, when pieces are connected together, they are worth more than if the parts were separate.

Each module was designed to include more than just new members. Chapter leadership, Big Brothers and alumni mentors, in other words–your entire chapter–can come together to ensure member success.

And like the combined effort of members in a chapter, exploring each module together will yield greater results.

Help your chapter pursue the Five Areas of Development with greater clarity and purpose–as one.

Module 1 – introduction

An introduction to our Five Areas of Development and a journey as equals. This is not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all program. Every member will experience growth.
