Henry Swager Elected to Serve as Phi Kappa Theta Foundation Secretary

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA | Jan 30, 2018 – The Phi Kappa Theta Foundation is pleased to announce Brother Henry Swager (University of New Hampshire, ‘06) has been elected to serve as Foundation Board Secretary. The appointment was unanimously approved during the Foundation Meeting on January 28.

Brother Swager graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in management. Henry is currently the Vice President of B.M. Kramer and Company, which is an industrial pipe, valve, and fitting distributor located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is actively involved with the University of New Hampshire Phi Kappa Theta Alumni board serving as the current Vice President. Henry resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Jane. He enjoys travel, shotgun shooting, golfing and skiing.

It is the mission of the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation to enhance the quality of the educational, spiritual and fraternal programs of the National Fraternity and its local chapters, by providing funding for those programs, and offering guidance as to their implementation. Phi Kappa Theta Foundation Elects Robert Stalder as Vice Chairman

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA | Jan 30, 2018 – The Phi Kappa Theta Foundation is pleased to announce that Robert Stalder (Case Western Reserve University, ‘94)  has been chosen to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board. The election was unanimously approved during the Foundation Meeting on January 28.

Brother Rob Stalder graduated from Case Western with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration in 2005 from Goizueta Business School of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Rob is a certified project management professional and previously served as Director and Vice President of Case Western’s Alumni Association. He has previously served as President of the Fraternity and as Director of the North American Interfraternity Conference. Rob lives in Mississippi and enjoys playing golf. Phi Kappa Theta Foundation Reelects Jeff Jowdy As Foundation Chair

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA | Jan 30, 2018 – The Phi Kappa Theta Foundation is pleased to announce that Jeff Jowdy (University of Georgia, ‘83) has been reelected as Foundation Chair. The approval was met unanimously during the Foundation Meeting on January 28.

Brother Jowdy graduated in 1983 from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia, where he was initiated into the Georgia Delta Rho Chapter of Phi Kappa Theta. He earned his Master of Human Resource Management from Troy University in 1999. During that year Jeff also founded Lighthouse Counsel, which provides aid and consulting to non-profit organizations. Jowdy is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as well as the Christian Leadership Association, and serves on the Board of Trust for UGA’s Grady College. Jeff lives in Franklin, Tennessee and Athens, Georgia and enjoys reading, traveling and water sports. You can find Jeff’s LinkedIn profile here.
