The Outstanding Young Alumnus Award recognizes Brothers under the age of 35 who exemplify the ideals of Phi Kappa Theta in career success and service to the community.
The award was established in 2014 by the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation.

Cody Barbo graduated from San Diego State University in 2012. He is an entrepreneur and three-time startup founder from San Diego, California.
As CEO of Industry, a ‘LinkedIn’ for the service and hospitality industry, he took the company from idea to millions of dollars raised to build their online platform, team, and more.
His new company Trust & Will is modernizing the $170B estate planning industry with an easy, fast, and secure way to set up estate plans online. In his role as co-founder and CEO of Trust & Will, Barbo and his team have raised over $25 million in startup capital.
Trust & Will has had over 100,000 people use the service since its launch. Barbo serves as a trustee on the Phi Kappa Theta National Foundation and the San Diego State University Alumni Board of Advisors.
