PHI KAPPA THETA
HEALTH + SAFETY PORTAL

Each year, Phi Kappa Theta requires that chapters complete basic health, safety, and risk management trainings to maintain good standing with the National Fraternity.
We’re excited to share a new way of accessing DIY trainings and resources right here in the Health + Safety Portal. Now it’s easier than ever to complete requirements and check items off in your chapter’s Asana Project.

  1. During a chapter meeting or other designated timeframe, click “present” to review materials with your chapter members.

  2. When slides are complete, head to “review” for the module you just shared and complete a short assessment as a group.

  3. If you’ve scored at least an 80% in the review, you can consider it completed

    — The review quiz automatically reports your quiz scores to the Executive Offices. As long as you hit “Submit” and complete the full form, your chapter is good to go.

    — Did your chapter score less than an 80%? You can take the assessment as many times as you need to.

  4. To report any additional trainings like the modules suggested Keep scrolling to the bottom of the page and follow the on-screen instructions to report your module as "complete.”

You’ll need proof of registration or completion, and provide the names of all chapter members in attendance

For questions, contact your Performance Coach or our Director of Chapter Operations.
